The one principle I will never compromise on no matter the pressure or the potential loss of business is “independence and integrity”.  Every client engagement, whether it’s a single property or a complex portfolio, must be grounded in objective, evidence-based analysis and transparent methodology. I’d tell them: don’t sell your soul for your first sale.
